ok, then explain what the "point" of gwen s post was???? was it to
say "look at us everybody" ....."this is one idea weve already come up
with"....."of course we arent offering any motivation or ideas to

obvious that SOME PEOPLE(NC people) dont need the upa to hold there

but that data is completely skewed anyways....../.since those
collecting it already have a "spirit centric" bias. so its not that
i'm ignoring it, its just that i dont really trust it for one. and
with only 6% membership input how accurate can it really be. shouldnt
the upa concern itself more with increasing those participating
members as an "INITIATIVE".

I think you have rsd confused with the board blog where "everyone
shuttin up" is built in. The point is jim, we have this issue under
control with out the upa sticking their nose into it......unless they
have some way of helping the effort besides announcing that they would
provide "instructional training". thats sooooooooooooooooo weak. How
about offering a grant (NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH MAKING US COME ASK YOU
FOR IT) to any communities that want to incorporate such a program
into their league. Not that it should take a little chump change form
them to get it off the ground......but rather just to show that THEY
are taking an initiative AND that they are REALLY supportive of it. I
mean proposals are good but if they dont actually accomplish anything,
whats the point?
