Sounds like mostly for behavior stuff (rather than for repeated
intentional fouling), but I may be wrong there.

There's a new thing called a *P*MF (personal misconduct foul) that was
just introduced this year. It's similar to the card system that was
used in club. They're in addition to TMFs.

I'm the ROC for the central region and no {P,T}MFs were given at my
regionals. I've only heard about one so far, and it sound deserving:
