As another aside - If you're getting out of college Ultimate and
reading these posts thinking "Damn, they have High School Ultimate
here?", then reach out to these programs and offer a helping hand.
The more adults who get involved in Juniors ultimate, the more teams
that will form. You CAN find a team to work with - sometimes just
setting up cones and reminding them of the rules is enough, but
getting a group of buddies together to coach and push the kids to be
competitive Ultimate players is really rewarding.
Try it out. You'll (hopefully) find it really fun. Go Coach.
