Wow. Clearly Frank has never met any competitive women ultimate
players...or competitive women for that matter. MAYBE you could make a
generalization about women as a group being more relational and such,
but that is a big generalization. Once a woman playing competitive
ultimate (or any sport for that matter) steps on the field, those
generalizations mean nothing at all. Having seen the women on my co-ed
soccer team take out 3 opposing MALE players with their aggressive
play in a tournament final, I am pretty sure the case can be made that
women are just as competitive and aggressive as men. They just aren't
as big so the collissions aren't as spectacular and gory.
