locations....directions to the fields....elimination brackets and
consolation....everything...start to finish...by the Tues prior to the
event.

TDs should really try to do everything that they can in order to NOT have to
have a captain's meeting prior to the start of the tournament.
game times, field number and location, opponent, where you go if you win or
lose...time of each round and cap....
teams should know everything prior to pulling up to the site, so that they
know where to park for their field....so that they can plan their trip to
the store during their by.....

i always encourage my team contact to forward my notes to their
teammates....
i always send an excel schedule of the tournament to team contacts, same as
i will have laminated for the captains.....if they forward it to their
teammates...everyone has a copy of the schedule for their archives,
backpack, gym bag, bathroom wall......

team contacts...forward everything the TD sends you to your teammates!!!!

i mean...if YOU don't care about the schedule, consider someone on your team
that does!
