How have you reacted?

The multiple threads on one guy being tackled as he catches a disc and
then spiking the disc onto the defender got me thinking. I'm sure
we've all been in situations on the Ultimate field where we have been
hit/tackled/spiked on unecessarily.

How did you react when this happened to you? Would you react
differently if it happened again? Have you ever retaliated but then
apologized later? Would it have been different if refs were there to
penalize bad behavior?
