any mony or anything, and it would be used to promote Ultimate, and I
wasn't trying to claim it as my own, I figure it would be okay to bend
the rules a little.

the "i'm a really good guy who is trying to do something
for the good of the community by jacking the copyright of
other members of the community" affirmative defense doesn't
exist, i think. it is NOT ok, if by ok you mean, bending the
rules doesn't make you an ***.

it is

a. not very difficult to find the photographers, AND

b. not very difficult to ask them if you can use photos
for the purpose you propose.

please, everyone else who wants to make a flyer.
don't do something illegal or assinine. just ask.
the photographers - they aren't that difficult to find.
and if it really is for the good of the sport, you can
probably find someone who will let you use their
pictures, royalty free.
