Thanks for all your comments and suggestions.
The reason why it wasn't obvious at first and no one picked up on it
is because we were playing a 3-3-1 zone. Just after the pull was
released, this guy would take off behind the spectators. While offense
was concentrating on positioning and setting up the zone, they weren't
monitoring each indivical player on D.
