.... for now. When the teams in the ME do finally start to dominate the sport (stop laughing, i realize it's far fetched, but it could happen) and the west coast teams become much weaker then all the whining and moaning will start up again with even more reason. Not only will the best teams all be in one region, but that region will have more teams than the other regions put together.

2 bids per region. its the simplest solution and in many ways more fair than anything else.
