Score-O-Matic and Chris and Rachael are letting us test it.


----weird......because....i thought that outside help with UNCW events was
frowned upon by the administration 'round here...........
strange that chris would consider letting anyone help the UNCW Ultimate
teams with formatting one of their tournaments.......

I can't remember if you like dividing teams up into pools to avoid
regional match-ups or not. What do you think?

---i am a strong believer that most tournaments that are traditionally or
historically or potentially or hopefully strong events featuring top notched
comp......should be seeded to the best of the ability of the TD, with input
from the captains/coaches of attending teams and with consideration of
rankings and recent head to head matchups......then....snake those teams
into their pools without consideration to anything exect sliding the team
names into the pool positions where they belong.

regional matchups.....no consideration for it.
teams pay and plan to attend to compete in a totally fare and unbiased
tournament.

seed 'em, put 'em in the pools where they belong...set the schedule, have a
watch and a horn and a comfy chair.

ps: ECU and UNC-W should play at 4:00pm Saturday afternoon -- will they
let you Observe?
