Thank you very much, Rodney!
I had trouble changing the brackets from one 12-team bracket (where I
couldn't put Washington U. twice) to an 11-team format (it kept
partially filling in the brackets for me with the scores I had listed
for the 12-team bracket), so I just created a new tournament and
deleted all score reports associated with the old one. The new listing
incorporates everything that you suggested:
Washington's games are all listed as Washington rather than
Washington-X since it was their A team playing.
Thank you for changing the "Duke and Friends" to Duke-X. I tried to
create a club team at first, but I couldn't figure out how to add them
without changing the tournament from college open to club open. Since
it was definitely a college tournament, I think Duke-X is more
appropriate.
During Notre Dame's semifinal game with Iowa State, one of their
captains asked if I was really going to report the scores for the
tournament. I said that I was planning to unless someone objected. He
then requested that I report the scores as Notre Dame-B. Since this
was the first time I have ever seen Notre Dame play, I felt that it
would be wrong of me to assume that this wasn't their B team, even
though I was certainly under the impression that it was their A team.
I see that someone changed it from Notre Dame-B to Notre Dame-X early
today, though. I don't know if that's more appropriate or not since,
as I said, this was the first and only time that I've seen their team
play.
Again, thanks for your help, Rodney.
