That's going to be hard to do. For him to elaborate, he'll have to know
exactly what the PCB offered to the ECB as bribe to agree to change the
match result to a draw. Was it money or wine or women? Given the khufiya
nature of such transactions, it's unlikely the English would share all the
details in a public forum such as this.

Not had to hazard a guess though. Might there have been a trade off
with the issue of Zimbabwe competing in the T20 event in England?
Rubbish. PCB and ECB decided long long ago that they were both in
favor of changing the result to a draw. ECB did ask for compensation
for last days play and got a 2T game for which PCB forfeited its share
of the earnings.
