How many Irish/north irish actually in the english cricket team? Would you
rather play for england or ireland?

No different to the Graeme Hicks or Tony Greigs of the world who left
their home nations to become English because their born nationality
did not give them access to the top level of competition.

The day Ireland is granted Full Membership will be the last day that
an Irishman emigrates for the purpose of playing Tests.

Even if playing Tests for England continues to be financially more
lucrative than playing for Ireland and assuming that the players will
have the option of choosing either of the two teams?
