I'm not as familiar with the minutiae of Jamaican law as you are, so I
need to ask a question or two here.
Is there a requirement in Jamaican law that in the event that you wish
to detain somebody or restrict them to not leaving the country or some
area that you have to lay a charge within a certain period of time,
and that said charge must have some kind of basis to it?
So? It is "clear" that, at best Inzy, and at worst the entire Pak
team, is "somehow"
involved in this cuz "so many people" have "such strong feeling" about
it. Now isn/t
that enough of a "basis" to satisfy the "requirement of the law"?
I mean what more do you want? Isn't this how courts function in
England and
Australia? Don't they run a Gallup poll to determine who did what to
whom, and
why?
