I disagree quite strongly. Many Indians - all normal beings - have
mastered multi-plane rotation. Let us start with Hindi film
actresses. They rotate their hips in several planes (in fact, the OED
recently considered renaming the X,Y and Z plannes - as hip-hip-hooray
planes in honor of (the soon to be) largest collection of English
speaking peoples. Alas, it fell through by a small margin of votes. We
are sending Shilpa S to give a lecture-demo of hip rotation in three
planes. We have every reason to believe that she will quench their
thirst - for scientific evidence.

All Indian actors - they rotate their hip, pelvis and belly - in
different planes. In fact, the likes of Govinda, Hritik and company
are set to introduce a new Olympic sport called synchronized hip
rotation.

i.e there are the following circular motions happening
a) Regular circular motion in the X-Y plane (This plane is the only
one covered by the law. i.e the 15 degree limit)

Indian starlets prefer to roatate in the XXX planes.

b) An orthogonal twist of the arm along the X-Z plane (there is no law
preventing or limiting this)

The arm is decidely uninteresting. Can we get down to where the rubber
meets the broad please?

c) The spherical motion of the wrist itself (on all three X-Y, X-Z & Y-
Z planes, which is again totally legal),

The spherical motion of starlets' hips is illegal until they are 18
and very dangerous to all (except Azza).

So, we can see how the Alvey's of this world can get easily confused.

fact, recent reports have it that Brett Lee has been sampling the
music of spheres in Bollywood quite regularly. His 'rotor ffuc' is
getting a lot of action.
