krisnayak, Tendulkar has been an awesome players for such a long time. He
has come back from injury and not found form, but to talk of him with such
disrespect is astounding.
Tendulkar in full flight was a joy to watch. Dont mock him.
The only thing sadder than a faded champion is a selection panel
without the testicular fortitude to tap him on the shoulder.

I admit I've been completely wrong in calling Tendulkar over-rated
over the last 2 years. He displayed his masterclass in the World Cup
by stroking a fifty against the fearsome Bermuda attack. And that too
when his team was in dire straits and needed him most. And against
Bangladesh the other day, he showed youngsters around the world that
when you are out plumb lbw first ball and the umpire denies the
appeal, you don't lose your confidence and get out the same over.
Instead you hang around, play 30 balls and score a classic 7 runs.
Now all you jokers who have been calling for Tendulkar's retirement
should hang your heads in shame. This great man should be allowed to
play as long as he wants. Another 5 world cups if he graciously
consents to do so. He'll barely have turned 54 when the World Cup is
played in 2027. You don't ever drop a great like him!
