How does that make me privvy to how they arrived at the price they
charge?

It's meaningless to argue about whether is price is reasonable or
fair, unless you are convinced about the means by which it was
arrived at
in the firstor you have some divine faith in CA.

I'm not arguing as to whether the price set by CA is reasonable or
fair.

Why talk about "Affordability" & "reasonable price" etc?

I'm agreeing that tickets being scalped should be cancelled
and re-issued at the box office for face value.

I think it's ridiculous to do what they are doing.

Why? Do you think scalpers add value?

Yes.

What value do they add?

They help get tickets to the people who are willing
to pay the most for them.

Why does it have to be in the press release for it to be true? Would
you consider in excess of 2 times the face value of the ticket to be
highly inflated?

It don't believe in the concept of "fair" or "Reasonable" price for
sports ticket - i.e. there is no such thing as "highly inflated'.

So a ticket being sold for 10 times its original value isn't highly
inflated?

Not in my opinion.
