There is an easier scenario:
Both batsmen currently batting have scored runs.
5th ball of the over: Batsman hits a skier and is caught. In the
mean-time, the two batsmen cross over.
6th ball of the over: The othe batsman - who crossed over from the
non-striker end - gets out.
1st ball of the next over: Another batsman gets out, who scored during
the previous over by the other bowler.
