His nonstop nonsensical ramblings are the cries of an extremely
desperate, yet painfully unintelligent person.
It is best to just ignore him and move on. He has nothing much to say,
and the content of his postings are filled with lies, made up stories,
and babblings about his warped sense of reality.
His "imaginary" lawsuit is in retaliation to the current troubles that
he faces with the State of Georgia, due to complaints and allegations
that were filed on February 11, 2008 with the Georgia State Attorney
General's office.
Really... if he had a lawsuit, do you think his lawyer would advise
him to continue posting on RSB like he is doing? He doesn't realize
that all of his posts will be considered retaliatiatory and that each
offense has a $5000 fine attached to it. Due to his obvious mental
disabilities, I'm sure they will let him off easy, but at least they
will shut his business down. FWIW, I'm not completely convinced that
he actually knows or understands why the State is taking action
against him. This is because he probably can't afford an attorney.
He can keep posting whatever he likes, there are certain statutes in
his state that forbid this type of behavior while conducting unethical
business practices within the State of Georgia. His legal troubles are
only beginning, however if you keep egging him on like that (Hass) you
run the risk of having him claim that he was posting all of this in
response to you. Don't communicate with him at all, and let him keep
going on and on. That alone will prove just how vindictive he is with
his attacks, racial slurs, and harassment while claims libel against
those of us that only seek to shut him down and have him stop this
nonsense.
