Gator Alley was unkind to UK tonight as UK was blown off the court in the
second half of this one by a Florida team that looked bigger, stronger,
faster, in better shape and played better together as a team.
Indeed, Florida's Green and Noah could probably have carried the second
half off for Florida by themselves, the way they were playing tonight in
Gainesville.
Florida 95, UK 80, counting an unopposed last-second three by UK.
UK's still got a long way to go, and got into trouble in the second half by
getting away from the Sparks-Rondo 1-2 combo that they've been running and
which worked well in the first half.
(And maybe-- maybe we need another seven- footer.)
