Why?  A collection of people can effectively behave
like that fictitious legal person (and I suspect it
was the legal convenience that led them down this
road).  At any rate, you would not need to change how
the companies are currently set up and behaving in
the vast majority of situations.  I don't see why
not being covered by the BoR is going to hurt a
company, especially when the officers and owners of
the company are covered.

Get an amendment on the table to take it away from them and if they don't fight it tooth & nail I'll be convinced. Until then...I'll have to settle for thinking you've had a bit too much gin.


You are the drunk arguing society would collapse.  Why
don't you detail how it would actually happen?  All you
have provided is vague bullshit.

And you're the one first saying an OI court would probably never get around to doing it and then saying they should do it first time it came up.

And the issue under discussion here isn't the method by
which society would collapse in a certain circumstance,
but how OI can - in a systematic, logical fashion, which
is supposed to be it's strength - deal with the precedence
of over a century of non-OI rulings.
