HEY YOU! I notice you tend to baby sissy's looking for sympathy.

You don't skydive. What's it to you?

This
is about jumping out of airplanes.

No, as you highlight so blatantly below, "You want to hang with me on
the same threads" it's soley and only about you.

..Theirs no grading on a curve,
Its
pass or fail.

No grade was being curved or even made, nor was any suggested - until
you started blathering, that is. On that note, yes, it's pass/fail -
now, feel free to tally for us the score on your most recent jump and
be aware - as you rationalize it, these rationalizations you use to
tally your most recent jump, are in of themselves - just you grading
on that very same curve.

Give them a few tips and what help you can but if they
can't get a grip KICK THEM IN THE ASS.

Here's a tip, dummy - your "help" is transparently just about you
striking poses and if you can't get a grip on that, well, that's your
problem - just a matter of time before you kick your own ass, of
course.

The key in this civilian
sport is "ability to jump master self" If they can't develop the
mental discipline to overcome problems & little built in mental block
like being afraid of planes or the ride up.KICK THEM IN THE ASS

Well then, let's look again at this purported inability to develope
the mental discipline to overcome problems & little built in mental
block like being afraid of planes or the ride up," shall we?

James wrote: "I'm just asking for advice. Will my fear eventually
taper down? Will i become non existent? Is it the fear that keeps you
thinking and alive? I'm extremely afraid of heights, will it get
better? Like Big Jim said in another post, skydiving is the bestest
coolest thing for me now,(btw, thanks for that post, it made me see
things differently) but it really is bad for me going up."

So - explain how asking for advice constitutes "inability to develop
the mental discipline to overcome problems & little built in mental
block like being afraid of planes or the ride up."

and
hand out what the Navy called a Administrative Drop unless you plan on
holding their hand the rest of their lives.

Oh, right <sarcasm dummy> - person asks for advice and gets it and the
people offering their advice, take it or leave it, are "holding their
hand the rest of their lives," eh? Tell ya what - the guy got his
advice so I guess now it's just a matter of time before he's back -
looking for "sympathy and a hand hold" Let's put it into perspective
now, Brownie. Remember the girl at Beaumont who spun in with a toggle
unstowed? Remember how you tried to "help her" before you were shoo'd
off by the more experienced skydivers? Not that she spun in on the
very next jump, of course, but since you were trying to help her then
- maybe she even asked for advice - I guess you were "holding her
hand," weren't you? How, even if you weren't "holding her hand,"
you're still working a contradiction and your very own words bust you.
Let's take a look and keep in mind that you are on record referring to
someone asking for advice as a "baby sissy's looking for sympathy" :

"Ya kin't treat students like normal skydivers...thinking they know
how to do the right thing or belittle them for not knowing how to do
it cuz they forgot.... A lotta *** is being shoved at them in a short
period....their gonna be unsure of in which order and when brain lock
is a hazard cuz the slower thinkers are overloaded, never say "oh
don't worry about it it'll be ok." Nope it ain't gonna be ok. Used to
be a saying, *it takes 3 mistakes in a row to kill a D but only one to
kill a student or Novice..."

* * *

What are you some kind of
touchy feely person?

You give "advice" all the time, Brownie. How is it that when
brokenagle did it, it's indicative some politically incorrect "touchy
feely?"

You want to hang with me on the same threads, try
to act more like a by god old time kick ass and take names Petty
Officer!

Yo, dummy - you want to hang out with skydivers, try a dropzone.
Otherwise, the threads aren't yours, they are not in your control, and
you can say all you want as to who is allowed to "hang with" you in
this little backwater of the usenet but anything beyond just saying?
Guff. Plenty of bark and a dearth of bite.
