Impersonating Another Poster

Looks like our Australian friend has finally chomped at the bit.

Yeah, a week or so back Peanut got confused over that. So you
think the Brisbane drag queen is behind all of this huh? Perhaps
its RL, who cares-It will just make it harder on Jerry ;->

I'd say he's about as good a suspect as any. He tipped his hand back
in January-February, he's a little more sophisticated today than he
was then, but sometimes smart guys have a tendency to out smart
themselves.

January/February was just a practical joke, and it did *not*
constitute
net abuse.

This is sporge, and it *does* constitute net abuse. Just in case you
care, this is not the only group (by far) that has suffered these
recent
sporge floods, and they do not originate out of the Berserker, but
out
of HipCrime's NewsAgent. (You're wrong about which program is more
sophisticated, btw, and it's Peter who is from Brisbane, and he had
nothing to do with it.)

Makes little difference to me. Whom ever it is has now
committed Identity Theft.

I think you're probably wrong there. "Identity theft" is very
specific.
I seriously doubt there was any forgery in that mess, but if you've
got
a header to demonstrate it, I'd like to see it.

Let me start by saying that it's always nice to hear from you RLK. If
you happened to notice, I'm communicating with Jimmy.

Is Peter the only Australian living in Australia? What is your
interest in this matter? Do you know anything about anyone posting in
my exact email address? Sending bogus emails to others using my
identity?
Trying to access my electronic banking account. Hacking my computer to
turn it into a "zombie?" Buying things on Ebay in my name and not
paying for them? All of those activities have traced back to an
Australian Internet Provider.
If you have information to that affect, I will be more than happy to
advise the US Secret Service, US Customs, Florida Department of Law
Enforcement, AOL and Google Abuse that you wish to come forth
with that information.

This is what I responded to, Chuck:

If you can get from my response to those specific allegations to my
knowing something about whomever it is who is harassing you, you're
welcome to advise the Secret Service, Customs, the Florida Department of
Law Enforcement, AOL, Google and any other entity you can think of.

P.S. Someone posting with your exact email address is forgery, so that's
a different matter than the usual kind of "froggery for fun" that
usually goes on. I wasn't aware that you've had these kind of events
occur, and I do hope you've provided all the relevant evidence to law
enforcement. (Where were the articles from Ebay sent? That should be a
big clue.)
