I suspect that they are pretty busy, because four new products just hit
the streets, xczone products are very popular, and their crew is out in
the field producing more. They are probably on a film shoot - I'd give
them a day or two.

Ontario to somewhere like Minnesota by regular mail can take up to two
or even three weeks if customs gets involved at the border. I always
