Sorry to threadjack :) I'm going to be in Seattle for the first time
over Labor Day Weekend for a Dave Matthews concert. (I'm not a big fan,
but my wife and friends are) I'll probably stay at some overpriced
looxury hotel as most of the small, funky ones appear to be booked up.
Any suggestions for adventures? We're active, enjoy hiking and all, but
aren't into the whole "ice axe climbing up Mt Mckinely barefoot while
listening to 70s era rock that some of the more exuberant RSA posters
are. Casual but good restaurant recommendations would also be
appreciated.
In the mean time I'll check out the links above.

I think the Experience Music Project is great and I've also heard
terrific things about the Museum of Flight.
I don't know anything about the museum of flight, but it sounds pretty
cool. The "Air and Space Museum" is one of my favourite places in DC.
The Music Project? A friend of mine built this ginormous aluminium
sided structure in Seattle about 8 years ago that took up a city block
or so. Does that sound like it?
Just an aside. I think you've made your point resoundingly, as klaus
and, others have too. If I had the opportunity to go to Seattle and
either try to get Scott to back up his challenges OR play golf with
Pigo... well, that's a no brainer for sure. Carry on. :)
