Spence made somewhere north of $400K on the Silkwood case. Over 75%
of his cases, according to his own website, are settled before trial.
I wonder how he'll feel if he develops a life threatening illness.
Will he find anyone who will treat him?
I guess that's the difference between doctors and lawyers. Sefish
doctors only look out for themselves, regardless of the Hippocratic
oath they take. Lawyers represent all clients, from the most needy
and worthy to the vilest criminals, because they have taken an oath
and support the ideal that everyone is entitled to representation.
