I don't see how the acknowledgement that they'll likely lose the suit,
since the Supreme Court is filled with even more Republican appointees
now than when it appointed Bush president back in 2000, is any sort of
admission of being wrong. It's simply an admission of likely defeat,
at least for the present. You can bet that as soon as Obama or his
Democrat successor gets to pick a justice or two and liberalize the
currently uber-conservative court, that they'll be back in the face of
gun nuts everywhere.

Or you could look at it as maybe he's just poking a hot stick in your
eye. Again!

The DC gun ban doesn't affect me any more than it does Scott. I've
never brought a gun into DC, nor do I ever intend to. My eyes are
just fine, thank you. I can see, for instance, that Obama is likely
to be the next U.S. President

By the way, Your girl Hillary isn't looking too good these days.

She's looking just fine, though it's likely she'll have to settle for
being a United States Senator for the time being instead of the next
president. She was simply outmaneuvered by better strategists. That
bodes well for Obama, since they'll need all the tricks they can
muster in order to counter the powerful lies and deceit promulgated by
the VRWC propaganda machine.

me. On the other hand, I'll enjoy Tuesday more than you because we're
gonna beat the heat and fly to Alaska.
