What would you do if you were diving from an inflateable?

Same thing I did with the boat that had no ladder, clip my equipment off,
climb into the inflatable and pull the gear in after me.

My RIB has a ladder, but it's light enough that climbing in one side, with
all my equipment on would be asking for trouble.
