Your presumption regarding my opinion of my responsibilty, based entirely on
my representation of someone else's part in it is your problem, not mine.
Think what you like.

I have to wonder, though, if you took your car to a licensed mechanic, who
had fixed your brakes successfully a half dozen times in teh past,
contracted with him to have your brakes fixed again, was told when you
returned that the brakes had been fixed, and ran into the car in front of
you the first time you tried to stop, would you consider yourself primarily
to blame for failing to check the brake fluid before leaving the shop or him
primarily to blame for failing to do what he agreed to do, contracted to do,
said he had done, but had not done? Just curious.
