Were you going to get back to us on this?

Probably.

Like if I said you accused me of carrying guns two at a time, or, lying
about -where- I carried them, so I could claim I didn't, I could show you
those accusations in your own words.

That was just your thin skin getting you in trouble. If memory serves
someone was saying that you were afraid to carry in Canada and I was
actually defending you when I said it wouldn't surprise me a bit if
you were carrying a gun or two in your cab, meaning I figured you had
the cojones to do it. Then I said something about it probably not
being too hard to hide a handgun aboard a big unit like yours and you
got pissy about that telling me that I obviously had no clue how they
checked your truck when you crossed. I believe you said something
about an xray type of check but I'm not exactly sure of what you
called it. Naturally you won't believe any of this and it will appear
shortly as yet more proof of my duplicity. You're pretty entertaining
when you get into full flight.

John, your memory hasn't "served" in a long time.

That's not remotely what happened, and I'm not the one that got "pissy".

Then, -incredulously-, you'll just say that I changed your words, like a
Usenet forgery or something.

Chris recently provided you with your own words, the original posts, and
you flatly stated they had been changed, like I have the Rec.scuba server in
my truck with a box of Alpha-bits.

Check. My words, your words and some other folks' words as well, all
garbled together so even I couldn't figure out what I was supposed to
have said, let alone have anyone else do it accurately.

Nobody else seems to have a problem.

It's a fact that you don't remember what you write.

You obviously don't understand how delineation marks work, and can't follow a thread.

The reason I'm able to pull these old posts up from five years ago is because I remember them.

You can't remember jack *** from yesterday, that -you- wrote.

It's also a fact that you become offended when we tag your words with your name.

What are we to do?

It's also a fact that you don't wish to be responsible enough to verify your own postings.

You simply do not wish to be held accountable for your own words, which is why you have no credibility here.

Either you're down to your -very- last wits, or stupider than dirt, you
can pick.

But at this point, no matter what you say, you'll later deny saying it,
even when shown empirical proof that you -did- say it, that you could, but
know better than to, check on for yourself.

Your idea of empirical evidence is funny.

See below.

Anything I quote you on, you can go back and check, but you've learned it
just gets you burned.

There's no point in me checking.

Sure.

Because as long as you refuse to check, you can say "I never said that" when I post EMPIRICAL evidence that you're full of ***, like this:

"Afraid to leave your house without a gun (or two) in your pocket, or under the car seat, or in the trunk, or wherever you hide them so you can deviously say you're not
carrying all the time.' -JOF

You have more "documented" evidence
to "prove" me wrong every time, facts not withstanding.

Well, John, I invite you this one time to prove me wrong.

I said this:

Like if I said you accused me of carrying guns two at a time, or, lying
about -where- I carried them, so I could claim I didn't, I could show you
those accusations in your own words.

You said this:

That was just your thin skin getting you in trouble. If memory serves
someone was saying that you were afraid to carry in Canada and I was
actually defending you when I said it wouldn't surprise me a bit if
you were carrying a gun or two in your cab, meaning I figured you had
the cojones to do it. <snip for brevity-the rest is -right- above>

And I call you a -liar-, and provide this:

"Afraid to leave your house without a gun (or two) in your pocket, or under the car seat, or in the trunk, or wherever you hide them so you can deviously say you're not
carrying all the time.' -JOF

This, my futile friend, has been posted many times, is part of your infamous sparky "guns, guns and more guns" rant, and was -indirectly- your response to being wrong in your accusation of me being afraid to cross the border, which I also corrected you on.

Google it, and provide everyone here with the original post that shows you right, and me wrong, and good luck.

What you offered above, and which I might, after I deliver in Baltimore, dissect and document, is a summary of about five different posts, all true, but, not particularly related.

I.e., you and I -have- discussed my truck being x-rayed, but what you remember in this post above is a wildly inaccurate conglomeration, whereas what -I- provide is, as -always-, your written word.

You're just too chicken *** to verify it.

If this nonsense really mattered I might take the trouble to be offended by
your convolution and exaggeration

Your typical, and -always- unsupported, accusation.

Go get 'em, Tiger.

Need any help with GAGS, let me know.

It's all in black and white.

but since it's just rec.scuba I take
it simply for entertainment, and so apparently do at least a few
others.
