I would very much like to do that eventually. Now, I did come here to
learn and I did a lot of reading about BCs and so forth. That is why
I bought the Zeagle (or more precisely, the wing. My dive shop

I was looking at an Eagle online and lucked out.). I generally only
ask questions to which I can't find answers for via google groups or
the rest of the Internet.

No big deal... Most of us make a mistake on our first BC... All in all
considered, you could have made a considerably bigger mistake... Hell,
you could have bought a Mares/Dacor HUB...

heh, I never made that mistake, even straight out of zero-to-hero DM
PADI class on a student course at uni, with more money than knowledge.
What the instructor fits the students with to learn in has to be
durable enough to survive hordes of fumble fingered newbies, simple
enough for a clueless newbie to handle, and cheap enough that when the
stdent eventually busts them they won't break the bank to replace.
So I just copied the kit I was issued with to train in :P
