Correct. It's a bit tougher when the right seems to be explicit, as in the
Second Amendment. Fortunately the founders gave us plenty of waffle room on
that by inserting the militia clause.

Or husbands for their wives. Bush didn't seem too intent on protecting that
right either. Alito will do a lot of harm.
