I'm betting it was a predominantly English speaking rescue group, being
from Vancouver and all. =:)
As far as Florida goes, the Canadians were there already, just put 'em
in harness and get the whip out. Seriously, great to see Florida was on
the bounce over Katrina.

neighbouring states."
