Sat: 17 miles with about 5000 feet elevation gain, the Imogene Pass

Congrats Tom! At 4:20, looks like you took it easy heehee! For a
vacation run, that's the way to do it. The winner Tim Parr was Krupicka's
pacer at the LT100, & looks like Flagstaff runners turned out in force
again, there were well over 200 of them last year. Keri Nelson set another
record; they need to have a link to mixed overall results and stop keeping
mens&women strictly separate. I remember being yelled at to get a move on
nearing the summit at the PPM this year by an aggressive chick right behind
me :)
Goals for this week: back in the saddle fast, get ready for Big
Tesuque at the beginning of October.
See you there. Hope the aspen are in peak color again. The sea of
yellow was pretty amazing last year.
