As soon as you try to assign a pace it becomes a pejorative and useless
discussion. Some people say they jog a 6 min mile and others race an 11
min mile. The differentiation in terms is fraught with snobbism and is
hurtful. On top of that, the person kicking the sand always draws the
line such that they fall into the runners category. It's topic best
ignored because it doesn't have an answer.
Running = Jogging and Jogging = Running.
