That was the thing confusing about yesterday. I thought the feeling chilly was just a result of it not having been cold. It hasn't been warm, but locally we've been mostly cycling around freezing - 20s at night, low 40s in the day. And many times in winter, there's inversions in the mountains, so actually warmer on that run in town. Not yesterday.
