off topic here but have you read the news articles abt
soccer players being just as fit as runners?
something abt that stop and go type of running
and also the fact that their minds are on the "fun" of
the game rather than on the discomfort form the
exercise
pretty interesting really
who says runners don't have their minds on the fun of running? yes, there's a few folks that view running as exercise, but many regard it as "play" since, well, it *is* play.
