I am ever-so-carefully coming back from IT Band and achilles problems,
which sidelined me completely for several months. This week's
workouts were:

Monday - Nothing, due to schedule
Tuesday - Recumbent bike warmup, stretching, light weight-lifting,
lower body strength training (specific lunges etc.), more
stretching
Wednesday - Stretching, 3.6 mile jog, more stretching
Thursday - Recumbent bike warumup, stretching, lower body strength
training
Friday - Stretching, 4.9 mile jog (which included being pooped on by a
flying duck!), more stretching
Saturday - Light stretching
Sunday - Recumbent bike warmup, stretching,
