W: AM 5mi (8:34), PM 6mi incl 12x300 (3 sets of 4, 100 between items,
500 between sets). goal 66, actual 60
R: 8.5mi (9:13) ha ha ha
F: 8.5mi (8:52) ha ha
Sa: 8mi (8:50) ha
Su: 10.2mi incl 10K race, triathlon relay - 42:41 on a hot sunny day.

I'm not happy with the race today. It was hot and sunny and dry, but
I ran a track workout (which I *am* happy with) Wednesday evening when
it was hot and sunny and dry, so I can't lean too heavily on that
excuse. I spent the entire 10K passing people and was lulled into a
false sense of confidence. I decided to take it easy the 5th mile
took it a little too easy with a 7:11, yikes. Anyway, I hope that if
I keep doing track workouts and stupid short races I will get out of
this rut.
