I wouldnt diet and start running at the same time.
I recommend getting used to exercise first
(without eating any extra food), then ease into
calorie reduction later, if necessary.
Many fat people have so inefficient exercise
metabolisms they find they start losing wieght
IF THEY AVOID EATING MORE than pre-exercise.
