Congratulations! It sounds like you're doing really well. It won't be
long before almost all of your workout is running and stretching. And
even a year and a half into my own running, I still do 0.25 mile walking
warm-up and cool-down.

OK, confession time: at about 11 minutes I took a GU energy gel. Don't
know how much, if anything, it helped other than psychologically.

I suppose if it helped psychologically, that's something. Personally, I
wouldn't bother; it's another way to spend money and to slow weight
loss. But that's just my feel, so take it for what it's worth.
