Running in the heat...weird feeling

So i live in southeast texas and i'm really new at the running thing.
Its starting to get very hot and humid down here (as it always does
this time of year) and ive started noticing a DIFFERENT level of
discomfort while running. this has really only started in the last 3
days since i've been back from my trip to DC. Usually i can run 3
miles and yes i'm usually exhausted (i know i'm pushing too far but
thats for another topic) but i havent felt this feeling before.
lately, after the second mile i start getting this feeling just under
my rib cage right in the center of my stomach.. actually it sorta feels
between the belly button and just below the rib cage. its not painful
really. but its sorta this out of breath, warm, indigestion sorta
feeling. i always stop running when i feel this and walk laps and then
i'll run a half lap etc etc. I'm assuming that its just too hot and
this is a mild form of heat exhaustion. i'm probably not describing it
well and i'm sure that the solution is simple.. stop running so hard in
the heat.. but does this sound at all like anythign anyone else has
experienced?
