Re: HELP ! Have to be able to run 2 miles !

In spite of IGNORANT, INSIGNIFICANT, PERSONALY INSULTING and just plain
RUDE comments from RADICAL people who would not even have a right to
free speech in the U.S. if there were no military to defend the
Constitution, I would like to talk about RUNNING !

In answer to your questions Phil, I am managing weight, have to drop
another 10 or so, which I am doing through diet at a steady 1 LB/wk,
not too much at once.

I am currently using a variety of training methods (Fartleks,
Sprinting, Bike Work, etc.). I am just looking for some additional
ideas and suggestions to give me a little more of an edge, to expand
upon what I am currently doing.

Thanks for the help.

*** Oh, by the way, "High Colonic" is a the perfect handle for someone
who is so full of SH** !
