This was my second week of running, so still taking it slow.
Monday: weights & core workout
Tuesday: ran/walk 2.25 miles
Wed: Weights & core
Thurs: ran/walk 2.25 miles
Fri: Weights & core
Sat: ran/walk 2.25
Sun: hike 6 miles through the Presidio
Have also lost 7 pounds in two weeks. : )
