Probably not but you might be spending a lot of time in the loo? By the
way, the adage of drink 8 glasses of water a day has no medical basis
and I'm not a fan of more is always better. OTOH, it probably won't hurt
unless you have a social disease and it hurts to tinkle. ;)

I hope you modify this before running a long race in the heat like a
marathon. Too much water the day before will tilt you toward
hyponatremia, aka diluted sodium.
