I'm sorry cuz I know how hard it is to not be able to run especially on
days like today. I'm not going to say I told you so because it is not
fair to pick on someone when they are down for the count. A more sincere
maybe loaded question, was it really worth it and would you do it again?

Old school Doug is ramping back after a nice rest break for a possible
Jan 50k and spring trail race season.
