If he were guilty, why would the charges be dropped?

They were dropped because they weren't real. A company was looking
for stolen items after the business shut their doors. They had enough
evidence to bring a bunch of former employees in for questioning.
After nothing turned up, the charges were dropped. They kept the
"trespassing" charge because no one would admit that we were told to
come in after normal business hours to pick up our stuff.

So in a game of "CYA" we were all slapped with trespassing charges.

I had to pay a small fine, so insignificant that I don't even remember
how much, and got basically the equivalent of a traffic ticket.

I'm sure Sam or one of the other witch hunters will want you to
believe I raped and murdered someone or mowed down elderly women with
my car at a harvest festival or something, but no, the reality is far
less interesting as the stories that have been created.

Thank you for digging into my personal life, BTW, and regardless of if
being a "public record" or not, it's seriously creepy and displays
characteristics of a stalker.

Can members of RRC get more creepy than this?
