Boardwalk Bullet operating?

A friend's sister told him her family had gone to Kemah from Houston
recently and found the Bullet closed, with some excuse about neighbors
complaining about rumbling or something. The only people I've known
who lived near a coaster(Rocket) talked only about the screaming. I
would hate to drive over there and find it closed. What's its' real
status? I have a dailup modem and Kemah's site doesn't seem to want to
cooperate. What are its hours on weekdays and weekends? Anyone? Does
anyone know the nightly rates at the Boardwalk Inn?
