I was at Six Flags on Saturday and it had been many many years since I
had been. What I noticed is the extremely overpriced parking $15.00. I
might see that in Florida but Six Flags. They are not putting that
money into the upkeep of the parking lot. (potholes) You would think
with the park being closed all winter that when the park opened that
all of the rides would be operational.Deja vu was closed. I spoke with
a guy who has been there many times in the last 4 years and he said he
has seen it run only once. I guess living so close to Disney, Busch
and Universal has made me expect more from a park that charges 45 plus
dollars to get in. I bought a drink at the park for $3.00 it was 12
onces. at least at the florida parks a $3.00 drink is 16 plus ounces.
Disney receives all of the coke products they sell for free for the
advertising I cant believe that Six Flags does not have this same
deal. Cut the public some slack. A large soda minus the cup is 10
cents at the most. Yet I guess the people of Atlanta are at the mercy
of Six Flags because it is many hours to another park. I guess six
flags knows this and rapes the general public. With all the negative
it is still one of the most well kept six flags parks I have been to.
I would like to see them remove the god awful Ninja and put it a good
Launched coaster (Kingda Ka).
