- This can't be a US broadcast, in my opinion . Very deep fading ,
must
- be from an overseas station . Whether it is Arabic language or some
- other (like Farsi or some other ) is hard to say - it is mostly
music
- being played , not much talk in their program .

Listened Again Last Night [17 April 2010]

S-Meter : Solid S9 and SIO 444 with Good Audio
I did not detect any noticeable fading just some
general atmospheric noise; but still good audio.

Better signal than the night before and it did sounded
more like Farsi and several mentions of Iran. ? ? ?

Strange they played a "Volare" by Dean Martin @ 0850 UTC

FWIW : No "Overcomer Ministry" Broadcast with
Brother Stair on 3185 kHz which is very normal
for this time and frequency.
-note- the Signal Level and Audio was as good
the usual "Overcomer Ministry" Broadcast.

Suspect that WWRB has had a Program Change
that is NOT yet reflected in their website.
